This report of the GST Review conducted in the first half of 2021 was presented to the Minister for Treasury and Resources to inform her decisions about the best way to include offshore retailers in Jersey’s GST system as a “fast follower” of similar developments in the EU and the UK, in line with long-standing Government policy.
