The report seeks to support the Jersey Government's ongoing carbon neutral work.

It provides clarity on the main avenues that Governments have open to them for funding expenditure. It also provides more detailed descriptions of some of the more innovative funding options that Governments in other jurisdictions have used in order to help meet the challenges of decarbonisation.
