Summary
This work built on some of the key objectives of the Countryside Access Strategy for Jersey 2016:
- monitor the impact of different users with each other and the environment
- enhance visitor’s experience by improving directional and informative signs
This visitor survey work was undertaken at 5 sites across the Island, all within Jersey National Park. The results have helped to inform new collaborative signage design and content and will also be used to inform future access management across Jersey’s environmentally sensitive areas.
