​This report follows a recommendation in 2022 that research should be conducted to see how shoppers opinions have shifted post-Covid, and to inform the next iteration of the retail strategy.
The Consumer Survey was conducted from December 2022 to January 2023 and contains general conclusions about what shoppers want from Jersey’s shopping.
The purpose of publishing this report is to ensure transparency around the data and allow the public and industry to give feedback on this, all of which will be used to inform the next retail strategy.
