​​The Service Improvement plan was prepared to identify actions required against a set of 14 recommendations made by the Care Inspectorate’s report ‘States of Jersey – Inspection of services for looked after children’ which was published at the end of 2011.

It also includes outstanding recommendations identified by reviewing all other reports completed in recent years, relevant to Children’s Services, and summarises them into one specific action plan.

This quarterly report summarises the activities against these recommendations and the progress made.
