​The Energy Efficiency Service (EES) awards grants to socio-economically vulnerable Islanders to carry out energy efficiency measures in their own homes or in not-for-profit community organisations.  This report details the activity of the EES, the measures it has installed in the domestic sector and the associated environmental and monetary savings.  The information and figures in the report have been independently verified by the UK's Energy Saving Trust.
