Decision(s): At a public meeting held on the 15th August 2007 the Minister Approved the application subject to the following conditions: No construction shall commence on site until the Minister has agreed a landscaping scheme for the site which shows how the applicant intends to achieve a proper layout of the units so that they are adequately separated by both mature planting and landscape modelling.
