For most professionals, other than chiropractors, clinical psychologists and psychotherapist, local registration relies on being registered with a relevant regulatory body in the UK.

You can check a practitioner’s UK registration status on the relevant register. This register will list any sanctions or conditions of practise that have been applied to the practitioner’s registration:
