This tells us important things about you.

​Libby can come with you to your appointments.

Libby can ask that you have more time to speak to people.

​Libby can help you get ready to come into hospital and make sure you have everything you need when you leave hospital.

​Libby sometimes uses pictures to show you things at the hospital. 

This is to help you understand what will happen.

​When you get a letter asking you to come to hospital, you can call Libby on her mobile phone and tell her the date and time of your appointment.

​If you are staying in hospital the nurses looking after you can ask Libby to come and see you on the ward.

​Libby starts work at 9am.

​She finishes work at 5pm.

​Libby does not work at the weekend.
