Our nurse can work with your family, carers and other people at the hospital to support you.
Our nurse can give you a hospital passport.
This tells us important things about you.
Our nurse can come with you to your appointments.
Our nurse can ask that you have more time to speak to people.
Our nurse can help you get ready to come into hospital and make sure you have everything you need when you leave hospital.
Our nurse sometimes uses pictures to show you things at the hospital.
This is to help you understand what will happen.
When you get a letter asking you to come to hospital, you can call our nurse and tell her the date and time of your appointment.
If you are staying in hospital the nurses looking after you can ask our nurse to come and see you on the ward.
Our nurse starts work at 9am.
She finishes work at 5pm.
Our nurse does not work at the weekend.
