New Planning Guidance for the Waterfront

New Planning Guidance has been published for Jersey's Waterfront. This follows a big consultation process which led to several thousand people expressing views on a range of planning issues for the Waterfront. All the submissions have been examined by an independent reviewer, Chris Shepley CBE, whose report has been adopted by Minister for Planning, Senator Freddie Cohen.
