IMPORTANT NOTICE TO EMPLOYERS
The default ITIS effective rate increases from 15% to 20%, with effect from the 1st. January 2008.
If any employee or office holder fails to provide you with an effective rate notice, you are required under the Income Tax Law to deduct the default rate.
The Income Tax Office encourages all employers to consider making their Return electronically. Please visit the
Employer Returns page for full details on the available options, or go direct to our Business Server
