The Minister for Planning and Environment has approved the attached report on the application for the above site (P/2006/2489), which includes: his findings on the application and the issues raised; the reasons for his decision to grant planning permission; the conditions attached to that permission (Appendix 1) and the matters to be the subject of a planning obligation agreement (Appendix 2).
