SMA High Energy Formula Baby Milk – 100 ml bottles only It has come to our attention that the above product has been stocked by mistake in some of the Checkers stores in Jersey and Guernsey.
This milk is a pre- mixed, liquid prescription formula and should not be fed to babies unless medically directed. We are not aware of any problem affecting any SMA powdered milk product.
If you have bought this milk and fed it to your baby do not worry. The milk contains more calories only and is intended for babies who need to put more weight on. If you still have the milk, do not feed it to your baby unless you have been directed to do so by a dietitian or Doctor.
This product should be returned to the store where it was purchased and you will receive the correct product or a refund. Return to the formula milk intended for your baby.
The stores have removed all stocks of this product from the shelves and SMA is conducting an investigation to find out how this product came into general circulation.

SMA Gold has 67 calories per 100mls SMA High Energy Formula has 91 calories per 100mls Expert advice is that your baby will not be harmed if you have given him/her this milk.
