On Tuesday 18th August 2009, there will be two unveiling ceremonies to recognise the donation by Sir Jesse Boot of FB Fields to the Island in 1928 and the then La Motte Street School (now La Motte Street Youth Centre) in 1931.
The unveiling will be carried out by the great great granddaughters of Jesse and Florence Boot at 10.30am at FB Fields and 11.15am at La Motte Street Youth Centre.
