Foreign Incorporated Companies that are managed and controlled in Jersey are required to make a return to the Taxes Office.
Some of these companies will need to do so on an individual basis. Others however, that have no Jersey resident shareholders, and with the introduction of the zero/ten provisions will have no tax liability, can be included on a global return completed by the service provider.
The return is available on our secure 'Business to Business' website at: Foreign Incorporated Companies
