Jersey Fire and Rescue Service rescued a dog from Beauport Bay cliffs yesterday afternoon (12 August 2010).
They were called by the owner of a spaniel which had fallen down the cliff face while walking on paths around the bay.
The Fire and Rescue Service sent their specialist height rescue team from White Watch and soon found the dog.
The rescue team set up anchor points and sent 2 officers over the edge. The dog was brought up the cliff face and reunited with its owner.
