Jersey’s Deputy Chief Minister held talks in London yesterday (29 July) with the Minister of State for Justice, Lord McNally, whose responsibilities include the Crown Dependencies.
Senator Philip Ozouf met Lord McNally in advance of his official visit to Jersey in September.
Senator Ozouf said “This was a useful meeting with a positive exchange of views. We tackled a number of issues that are important to both Jersey and the UK and we reaffirmed our commitment to maintaining a strong partnership.
“The Chief Minister will welcome Lord McNally here on his first official visit in September, when I hope we can start to develop our partnership further for the coming years.”
