People who went to school in Jersey and graduated from university or college between 1991 and 2011 are being asked to complete an online survey about what they’re doing now.
Careers Jersey, which is part of the Department for Education, Sport and Culture, is carrying out research into the experiences of Jersey graduates after higher education. An online survey has been produced which asks former students about qualifications, gap years, where they live now and what they are doing.
The survey is being publicised through university alumni offices, Facebook (facebook.com/careersjersey), local websites and on www.gov.je.
More than 7,000 Jersey students have completed a degree in the past 20 years. The research is being carried out to find out more about their experiences.
Head of Careers Andy Gibbs said "If you, or any of your friends and family, graduated between 1991 and 2011 then we would like to hear from you. Getting involved is easy, you just need to log onto the page and complete the online survey. It should take no more than 10 minutes.
"If you have friends or family who no longer live in Jersey but graduated during this period then we’d urge you to ask them to get involved."
The deadline for responses is 31 October 2011.
