The Department of the Environment is inviting the public to submit their views on the future of the Plemont Holiday Village site as part of the public inquiry into the planning application submitted for the former holiday village.
A date for the inquiry, notice of which was given in March this year, will be announced shortly. Anyone who wishes to submit comments must do so within the next 14 days. The deadline is Tuesday 10 July.
All representations made on the planning application will be heard and considered by an independent inspector. Representations to the inspector should not exceed 1,500 words and must include the correspondent’s name and postal address.
The Minister for Planning and Environment Deputy Rob Duhamel said: “The future of this site is of interest to many Islanders. This inquiry is a last opportunity for all opinions to be expressed to provide a final basis on which to form a decision."
