Jersey's latest retail sales figures have been published by the Statistics Unit.
13 September 2013 On an annual basis: the seasonally adjusted total volume of retail sales in Jersey in Q2 2013 was 2% lower than the corresponding quarter of 2012 both the predominantly food and non-food sectors each recorded a decrease in volume of retail sales of 2% on an annual basis On a quarterly basis: the seasonally adjusted total volume of retail sales in Q2 2013 was slightly lower (by about ½ %) than in the previous quarter (Q1 2013) the volume of retail sales in the predominantly food sector was 1% lower than in the previous quarter the volume of retail sales in the predominantly non-food sector was similar to that in the previous quarter Download Retail sales report for quarter 2 2013 (size 270kb)
