Jersey's latest retail sales figures have been published by the Statistics Unit.
04 December 2013 On an annual basis: the seasonally adjusted total volume of retail sales in Jersey in Q3 2013 was 1% lower than the corresponding quarter of 2012 both the predominantly food and non-food sectors each recorded a decrease in volume of retail sales of 1% on an annual basis On a quarterly basis: the seasonally adjusted total volume of retail sales in Q3 2013 was at essentially the same level as in the previous quarter (Q2 2013) the volume of retail sales in the predominantly food sector was marginally higher than in the previous quarter (up by less than 1%) the volume of retail sales in the predominantly non-food sector was 1% lower than in the previous quarter Download retail sales report for quarter 3 2013 (size 282kb)
