Fisheries statement

The Minister for Planning and Environment notes the current situation between Guernsey and the UK concerning the Bailiwick’s Fisheries Management Agreement.

The Department of the Environment understands that the situation does not affect licensing arrangements for Jersey boats.

Jersey has a separate relationship with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).
