The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has 10 four digit vehicle registration numbers available to purchase from its Driver and Vehicle Standards (DVS) office.
Four digit registrations are normally released at auctions but batches are made available periodically over the counter for those who don’t like bidding at an auction.
They are available from DVS and the relevant form can be found using the link below.
They are priced at £2,500 each.
This is in addition to the five and six digit numbers that are always available for purchase at £250.
