The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has instructed local agents Buckley and Company to advertise a site at La Collette for lease.
As part of a review of the wider reorganisation of the La Collette area, the department has identified a site, to the north of the new Household Reuse & Recycling Centre, as having the potential for alternative use.
The site currently provides commercial parking to a variety of users on short term agreements. The department has written to these occupiers to inform them of the impending change.
The site is being offered for lease on a nine-year term and expressions of interest are sought by Monday 12 March 2018.
