Following the approval of the Jersey Care Model (JCM) by the States Assembly, Health and Community Services is inviting all health and social care partners, including those working in the voluntary and charitable sector, to attend an online briefing session on the governance proposals for the programme.
The briefing sessions on the 4th and 8th December will consist of a brief overview of the proposals and a Q&A session.
Caroline Landon, Director General, Health and Community Services, said:
“The Jersey Care Model is a real opportunity to co-design health and care services as a partnership group. As a first step, it is important that we create the right partnership governance framework for the delivery of the programme.
“I am keen to involve health and social care leaders in the design of this framework and to hear their thoughts on how the programme should be governed as we move into the delivery stage of the programme.”
Those wishing to take part should join via Microsoft Teams on one of the following sessions:
• Friday 04 Dec at 12.30-13.30
• Tuesday 08 Dec at 18.30-19.30
• Tuesday 15 Dec at 18.30-19.30 – feedback session
The feedback session is also accompanied by an online survey
