The Government has been working to improve the handling of feedback received from Islanders, and has made it easier for complaints, compliments, and suggestions to be submitted.
As well as being able to submit detailed feedback, Islanders can also use the 'Rate Our Service' survey feature, if they've used a service within the last seven days.
This provides an opportunity to give quick and simple feedback and is used to further highlight what is working well and areas that need improving.
In 2021, 77% of over 5700 customers said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the service they received. This survey can be accessed online at gov.je/feedback and is also being rolled out across Government phone and email channels.
Chief Minister, Senator John Le Fondré, said: "We're dedicated to putting Islanders at the heart of our services and meeting their needs. It's important to ensure care, compassion, and consistency in the services we provide, and feedback is key in enabling us to learn and improve.
"By making it easier and more accessible for feedback to be submitted, Islanders have been encouraged to share more experiences which has helped us improve our services."
Feedback is welcomed from anyone who has used one of the Government's services and can submitted via:
