The Government is asking for views on proposed legislation to transfer the Jersey Bank Depositors
Compensation Scheme functions to the Jersey Resolution Authority.
This consultation, which follows one held in February ('Transfer of the Jersey Bank Depositors Compensation Scheme'), is open until 15 November. Full details of how to submit responses are
