A Product Safety Notice has been issued on this product as it does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011. 

The collars of the pens are detachable, and there are pieces of foam shapes, these could lead to a choaking hazard. There is also plastic packaging which is a potential asphyxiation hazard.
