This product presents with a serious chemical risk as it was found to contain 22310mg/kg (2.23%w/w) hydroquinone. Hydroquinone is prohibited in cosmetics as it is a skin sensitiser and may cause allergic contact dermatitis. Additionally, hydroquinone was not marked on the ingredients list and some required documentation and markings were not present. This product does not meet safety standards.
