This product presents with a serious risk of electric shock as the transformer was of a poor build quality and did not meet the requirements for creepage and clearance.
The product features poor quality connections with wires soldered directly to component tails in a high vibration environment. The plug face also did not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363 because the distance from the outside edge to the live pin measured too small.
