Magnetic Strategy Game (Magnetism) - Safety Notice

A product safety notice has been issued for this toy as it does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

The product presents a high risk of choking, a young child may put a small part in its mouth and the parents/carers may not notice in time, so the small part could block the child’s airways.

The magnets were found to have an excessively high magnetic flux, greater than the maximum permitted by the relevant standard. Small, high-powered magnetic products can easily be swallowed and, when ingested, have the potential to cause serious internal injuries within the gastrointestinal tract. 

If you have purchased this product do not use it, contact retailer to arrange for a return and a refund.
