Applying to reinstate a company
You must send your application to us in writing.
We'll then let you know what information we need from you, if any.
You may need to provide the following:
- company tax returns
- financial statements
- ITIS returns
- GST returns
Consent for reinstatement
Once we have all outstanding information and all fees have been paid, a letter confirming the Comptroller of Taxes has no objection will be issued.
After we've given consent, the Royal Court will decide if your company can be reinstated.
Why a company may be removed from the register
A company can be removed from the Jersey register because it has either:
- chosen to be removed
- been struck off due to non-payment of the Jersey Financial Services Commission annual return
