About electric vehicle parking
You can park and charge your electric car at the same time using Evolve (EV) charging points. If you're using an EV charging point at a chargeable public car park, the parking charges remain payable at the applicable rate, unless you have an eco permit providing free parking (remember to display your yellow time clock).
You can only use electric car parking bays when charging your car. If your car is plugged in a charging point but not charging we will issue a parking fine.

Malfunctioning
Contact Evolve helpline if the charging indicator lights do not turn green and remain blue or for other malfunctioning issues or emergencies.
If the issue cannot be solved you must either try another charging unit or move your car to an ordinary parking space.
