The Manager is responsible for informing and supporting the development of JTC’s DE&I and CSR strategy and policies, as well as providing up to date market information to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in the different jurisdictions JTC operates in. The role will also include providing support in other areas, such as wellbeing, communication, employee engagement and reporting, as well as any other Reward related activities.
