Health Care Assistant (Night Shifts) - Community

LV Community are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team on Night Shifts, to be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, that require all ranges of support & care in the community, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- Work as part of a care team providing high-quality care to Service Users
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity & privacy of Service Users, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
- Ensure completion of relevant paperwork as required by your role
- Carry out personal care tasks as specified within the relevant Care Plan(s)
