We have a new opportunity for a highly organised and pro-active individual to join our busy HR team to provide end-to-end recruitment support.
Principal duties include but are not limited to:
Managing job listings and monitoring incoming applications
Building quality relationships with internal and external contacts
Act as first point of contact for candidates and agencies regarding live vacancies
Working closely with hiring managers to agree vacancy requirements, job descriptions and approvals
Representing Carey Olsen at job fairs and career events
Assisting with the various student schemes and training programmes we offer
Arranging interviews and employee testing
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a client facing or administrative role, have excellent oral and written communication skills including a strong attention to detail.
