Compliance Monitoring Manager

The Compliance Monitoring Manager is a key position within Ogier's Global R&C function, reporting directly to the Head of Regulatory Oversight. Leading and overseeing a multi-jurisdictional team of circa 5FTE, the role-holder is responsible primarily for development and delivery of the function's compliance monitoring programme (CMP).

The role holder will work closely with the R&C leadership team and other key stakeholders to ensure that the annual CMP is developed, scoped and executed under the firm's risk-based approach, and actively targets those areas, jurisdictions and business units that have been assessed to present the highest levels of regulatory risk to the business.

Candidates must have minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles with a strong record of performance.
