Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive mortgage growth through the Broker and Intermediaries channel across key regions. You will implement strategic initiatives, foster strong broker relationships, and meet acquisition targets, contributing significantly to our business development goals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution:
Implement the business development strategy for mortgage brokers and intermediaries.
Engage with key influencers and internal RMs to promote the UK mortgage proposition.
Manage referrals for International banking mortgages, ensuring prospects meet business criteria.
Client Engagement:
Conduct prospecting through various channels including face-to-face meetings, presentations, and third-party introducers.
Provide feedback on applications and ensure accurate tracking and monitoring.
