RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are currently recruiting an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager who shares our passion for hospitality, great food and excellent customer service.

The successful applicant will have a professional, energetic and conscientious approach to the role and a proven track record with a
minimum of three years experience in a similar position. You will also have the ability to communicate well, delegate and work efficiently alongside a vibrant and motivated team and be happy to take on any aspect
of running our very busy Bistro.

Good local client base knowledge is essential and experience in high volume operations advantageous. The role will involve front of house administrative and hosting duties so knowledge of Resdiary and Stocklink & office administration will be essential.

Applicants must resident be on the island and residentially entitled.
