The Eric Young Orchid Foundation, home to one of the world's finest orchid collections, seeks a passionate Curator to lead our team. Your love for orchids will help maintain our standards of excellence, guiding both staff and our orchid collection to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Curate and expand the orchid collection with new breeding lines.
• Manage taxonomy and labelling.
• Lead the growing team in daily and seasonal tasks.
• Oversee environmental controls (PRIVA system knowledge preferred).
• Represent the Foundation through talks, tours, and media.
• Manage staff, budgets, compliance, and events.
