The Airport Operations Training Manager is responsible for enhancing employee performance by developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for our Airport Operational teams such as Security, PRM, APOC etc. This role ensures all employees are trained in safety regulations, operational procedures, emergency protocols, customer service, and compliance standards. The Training Manager plays a key role in enhancing the efficiency and safety of airport operations through continuous training, compliance and evaluation.
