Lifeguard/Flowrider

At the Merton Hotel, guests can ride the waves anytime with our FlowRider™, enjoying the thrill of surfing in any weather. As a Lifeguard, you will be part of a vibrant and fun team, ensuring our guests have a fantastic and safe experience at leisure facility – Aquadome.In this role, you will monitor poolside safety, providing exceptional customer service while interacting with guests.

You will also oversee pool activities and ensure the safe use of the FlowRider™, offering guidance on how to make the most of their surfing experience.Your responsibilities include promoting and running poolside activities, maintaining a clean and tidy environment, and supporting the Operations team. You must have a current NPLQ, or a lifeguard qualification and a First Aid Qualification.
