Manager

We are an established cafe and restaurant business based in St Brelades. Unique in our field, we provide delicious locally sourced food to the local community. Both establishments are busy 7 days a week, providing takeaway, collection and seated options for customers.

We are expanding and require an enthusiastic, fun, Manager to run both premises. Duties include:

1. Overseeing team members in a certain department or function
2. Hiring, training, and developing employees
3. Planning and evaluating department activities and goals
4. Delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members
5. Monitoring and providing feedback on employee performance
6. Handling performance problems and terminations
7. Ensuring a safe, secure, and legal work environment
8. Budgeting and financial management
9. Communicating with high-level executives and clients
