Manager (Nights and Live-in teams)

We are a compassionate and dedicated care service provider, committed to improving the lives of individuals who require assistance with daily activities. We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of exceptional care services.

As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Support Workers, ensuring that the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients. You will oversee the development and implementation of care plans, conduct regular assessments, and ensure compliance with care regulations. The role will also involve working closely with families and healthcare professionals.

Applicants must hold a minimum of a QCF Level 4 will the willing to work towards obtaining a level 5. Experience in a similar role is essential.
