We are looking for an experienced Service Manager with exceptional soft skills & high emotional intelligence, who can build positive relationships, communicate effectively & adapt their style to diverse personalities and situations.
The Service Manager will be responsible for the effective & efficient conduct of the complete set of services provided to domestic abuse survivors by the organisation, within the approved strategic plan and budget.
This includes leading & managing all colleagues in the delivery of support and care to survivors contacting the organisation for help.
To be the Registered Manager for Freeda services regulated by the Jersey Care Commission & ensure full compliance with the Care Standards & Regulations.
Provide support to and deputise for the CEO when required.
