Health Care Assistants (Nights) - St Joseph's

St Joseph's Nursing & Residential Home are looking for Health Care Assistants to join the team on Night shifts, & be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- Work as part of a care team, providing high-quality care
- Promoting & Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users
- Support Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance & support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the Care Plan(s)
- Carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity & privacy or Service Users
