Complex Needs Support Worker - Bank

LV Community are looking for a Complex Needs Support Worker to join the team on a Zero-Hour basis, & be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- Promoting & Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users
- Teaching life skills such as shopping, using public transport, & paying bills
- Carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity & privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
- Contribute to enhancing the leisure & social life of Service Users, encouraging & supporting development of personal skills through hobbies & interests
