We are seeking a talented and creative Chef to join our Happy Bun team. As our Chef, you will play a key role in maintaining a menu that reflects our commitment to quality and flavour. You will oversee kitchen operations, prepare meals to perfection, and ensure that every dish meets our high standards of presentation and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations, efficient prep work, and adherence to recipes.
• Food Quality & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and work with management to order supplies and minimize waste.
• Team Leadership: Train and and inspire kitchen staff to perform at their best.
• Customer Focus: Collaborate with the front-of-house team
