This position of help desk coordinator has a broad role, generally it includes monitoring and analysing the current system of services and productivity to check its effectiveness, and working out a strategy for improving by managing day-to-day activities.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and M&E Operations Manager, incorporates liaising
with other team members, presenting findings to the managing director as well as training and
supervision new employees and tracking and measure staff performance.
The candidate must have excellent communication and relationship skills.
Main responsibilities will include:
• Filtering calls and emails coming in to office and passing to the relevant personal.
• Raising POs and bookings on SimPRO for the relevant teams.
• Identify recruiting gaps and liaise with team to find resources to fulfil those gaps.
