Your Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a 4-star or ideally 5-star food safety record
Develop and revise seasonal menus (4 times per year)
Recruit, train, schedule & manage the kitchen team
Control food and wage costs (Target: 70% costs, 30% GP)
Ensure consistency in food quality as per set recipes
Kitchen opening hours: 7 AM - 8 PM
